In today's business environment it can be extremely difficult and frustrating to keep up with everything that is happening in your organisation. In a modern environment, a typical day has:

  • New work coming in from clients in a large variety of formats (website forms, customer portals, telephone calls, emails, work orders, lead generation sites, etc.);
  • Work being distributed to and undertaken by a combination of staff and contractors across a broad variety of worksites;
  • Managers wanting to know the status of all work being undertaken; and
  • Clients needing confidence that their work is being undertaken on time, on budget and to a high standard.

To meet these demands, Eaco's Dashboard module in the Control Centre, serves as a powerful business tool.

The Dashboard's Activity Feed, particularly, provides you with instant insights into the latest actions that have been undertaken using the Eaco System. You can see a feed of who has done what in relation to each job. It's a great way to see who is active on the system and quickly determine what they are working on.

A Job Workflow Summary also forms part of the Dashboard. This is aimed at providing you with a list of  Workflow Boards for all of your businesses as well as insights into how many jobs are currently at each stage in the Workflow. Horizontal bar graphs on the Dashboard complement the insights by providing you with a quick visual of how many jobs there are at each stage of a Workflow. To gain deeper insights as to exactly what is happening on each job, all of these elements of the Dashboard link through to the full job and workflow information.

Ultimately, the Eaco Dashboard enables you to tell if everything is on track, or whether you have a large number of jobs stuck at a particular stage thanks to a surge in new work, a loss in productivity or a roadblock that has slowed down progress. It is the perfect way to keep your finger on the pulse of your organisation.
